Expanded PTFE Material in roll form w/pressure sensative adhesive
The original form-in-place expanded PTFE gasketing material, your most cost-effective alternative to sheet gasketing for all large equipment flanges. Withstands temperatures from -450°F. to +600F., seals internal pressures from full vacuum to 3,000 psi., and is unaffected by most chemicals. Simply remove the backing and apply Gore™Joint Sealant to the sealing surface inside the bolts, overlap the ends at a bolt hole, reassemble and torque.
