Mechanical packing for pumps, valves and sealing requirements are constructed from a variety of materials to provide superior performance in a wide array of applications. GFO Fiber packing made from 100% Gore-Tex® expanded PTFE, is ideal for a broad range of service service. It performs well in aggressive chemical service and is chemically inert. Temperatures from -400°F. to +550ºF. Braided Acrylic yarns are impregnated with PTFE and treated with a break-in lubricant providing a multi-service packing with a high chemical resistance. Temperatures to 500°F. Braided Acrylic yarns are impregnated with a high temperature lubricant and finished with a particulate graphite. An economical general service packing for moderate pump and valve service. Temperatures to 450°F. Braided Flax fiber marine packing for reciprocating rods and plungers, rams of hydraulic equipment, stern gland of ships, and outboard motors. Lubricated with tallow or PTFE. Temperature to 150°.
100% Expanded PTFE all-purpose self-forming valve stem packing. Unaffected by all common chemicals and will not contaminate flow. Temperatures from -450°F. to +550°F.
HIGH TEMPERATURE STEAM VALVE PACKING Inconel wire reinforced plasticised core braided steam valve packing. Temperatures to 1200°F., 3000 psi.
